Dragging/Pulling Small Trailers by Hybrid Vehicles is not impossible.
The trailer is rated for 1100 lbs max.
There are few hybrid vehicles options,that suits best for pulling trailers.
I would not do this with the Prius.The prius capacity will not make the trailer pull smooth.
The Camry would be the smallest and best option to go. BUT They do not make a hybrid RAV4. You would need to get a Highlander hybrid. Either the Camry or the Highlander would be a good choice and you will have no issues pulling 1100 pound trailer. My preference would be the Highlander.That is tried and tested and it has proven to give best results.
