2004 Toyota Sequoia: Timing belt and Water pump Life?

The water pump belt and timing belt has to be replaced.

The Vehicle is in fine condition.
The dealer is recommending timing belt and water pump replacement.
Vehicle driven 75k miles till date. But the Belt is eight years old.

On this case i will say.Its all upon the condition of belts.
And one more thing 8 years should not be an issue and this belt normally will do 110k safely. The 90k is the factory recommendation. If you live in a severe climate area then perhaps doing the belt early is a good Idea. This is an interference engine. If the belt breaks it will damage the engine. If you are planning on keeping this long term. I would just get it done now unless money is an issue right now then just get it done within the next year.

This details will help.
Thanks.
