How to remove front license plate on 2010 Buick Lacrosse?

The details to remove Front license Plate for 2010 Buick car model is as follows:----

The front license plate bracket is riveted to the front bumper (fascia) at the dealer. The rivet heads will need to be drilled out in order to remove the license plate bracket. These are aluminum rivets and should drill fairly easily.
The rivets are typically located in pockets on the plate bracket.Remove the license plate to see the rivets.
