Yes ,there is Procedure to do this task.
First of all, The lens only comes as a complete assembly. If the lens is broken the assembly has to be replaced.
There are 3 nuts that hold the lens into place. They are tough to see and get to once the panel cover is popped off on the inside. Once the nuts are removed there is a pop clip that holds the very top in. The lens pops out if the clip is disengaged and comes straight back to remove.
