How to Attach the front bumper cover to the fender on 2010 Ford Explorer?

The detailed procedure to perform this task i as follows :-----


REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION:-------

Bumper Cover — Front
NOTE: The fender clips are removed with the front fender. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to release the
locking tabs from the front bumper cover.
Removal and Installation
Explorer/Explorer Sport Trac:--
1. Remove the headlamp assemblies.
All vehicles

2. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connectors, if equipped.
3. Disconnect the side turn signal lamp electrical connectors, if equipped.
4. Remove the front fender inner splash shield screws.
5. Remove the front fender inner splash shield pin type retainers.

6. Remove the front fender inner splash shields.
upward.
7. Remove the 2 bolts from the bottom of the bumper cover.


8. Remove the 6 grille-to-grille opening panel scrivets.


9. Release the bumper cover-to-fender clips.

10. Remove the bumper cover upper screws.
11. Rotate the bottom of the front bumper cover
12. Apply downward pressure to the top of the front bumper cover to release the 3 locking
tabs.

All vehicles

13. Remove the front bumper cover.
14. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
