Ford F-350 crew cab drivers side front door will not open from inside or outside?

Very rare problem on fords.

It going to be a very tight fit but you going to need to remove the door panel and have a look a the lock and or the latch, if you have electric locks its very likely the lock acuator is frozen and not allowing the door to unlock, there is no way of knowing without removing the door panel.

Once the door panel is out,the faulty part can be inspected.
