Low batery message on Dell OptiPlex SX270

Getting low battery voltage message,even after changing the CMOS battery.

The first thing you would want to try would be to clear the system event log in the BIOS.

If that doesn't help, then you would want to use the RTCRST jumper to reset the NVRAM. Use the jumper from the PSWD jumpers by putting it on the RTCRST posts.

In most of cases clearing the event in bios solve the problem.
