This is indication on malfunction in tv.
Unplug tv from main power outlet ,also disconnect if any other external devices like dvd or vcd player is connected to it.
Then just reconnect only tv to main power outlet after 20 minutes.Then turn on and see,is the same problem noticed or its solved.
If the problem is same,then inside control board needs inspection.he power board is fine,because red,blue and green screen coming up.
So control board needs proper inspection for profession tv repair tech.
It should not be costly repair,but technical repair.
