Basically to reset password,you should know/have the actual current password.
If you have present password with you,then to reset password its not very difficult.
Just enter the current password and select reset password option.
It will give you option to select new password.
The reset password option is in settings option.
But if you dont have password or you have forgotten the actual password,then reset password is not possible.In that case coby repair techs or service techs are advisable.Because thay can only set the device for you.
