R03.00.0775.STF64M is a version.If it shows up and gps blacks out while boot up.Then this is indication to update the gps with its latest firmware update.
The current version is not letting the gps to complete the boot up procedure.
Turn off gps for few minutes,remove its battery for minutes,then reinsert battery and retry.If it still does the same then firmware update is required.
