Cruise control stop working on 1994 Ford ranger?

There are few possibilities,which can cause this problems,
The first thing to check is that the brake lights are working. If the brakes lights don't work the cruise will not engage. Second is check the secondary brake switch located near the normal brake light switch. This switch is a vacuum switch and if it is not adjusted properly removes vacuum from the servo. Third is check the clutch switch, also electrical like the brake light switch. Make sure you have vacuum to the servo and the cable is good from the servo to the throttle.
