After replacing brake rotors and pads brake pedal remains on floor?

Brake pedal got loose,the pedal is fine when engine is off,but goes to floor when car is started.

The problem started after replace rotors and pads.This indicates,the part replacing is not done properly.

Clamp off the front brake hoses one at a time and see which wheel is causing the trouble.Also double check the pad installation and bleed the caliper.

Use a set of vise grips to clamp the brake hoses.
Look carefully at the brake pads and the rotor when you step on the brake pedal does the rotor flex back and fourth, Also check to make sure you do not have intake or a twist in the brake hose.

But if all checks out to be ok,then problem is possibly the master cylinder.It has to be inspected and replaced.
