Its a simple procedure.
The dealers use a fluid exchange machine that taps into the transmission oil cooler lines to exchange the old fluid for new. A transmission shop or quick lube shop might also be able to do this for you.
If you want to do it yourself:
There is an "overfill" screw (#1 in the illustration below) under the transmission through which fluid must be added to fill the transmission. You will probably have to use a hand pump to push the fluid through the hole so it can fill the transmission pan.
Let the car idle for 20 minutes so the engine warms up.

- Remove the transmission overfill screw (1) and fill transmission through overfill screw opening, using DEXRON-III ATF. Note: Add transmission fluid until it flows out over the overfill screw opening.
- Let engine idle until a fluid temperature between 32°C (90°F) and 57°C (135°F) is reached.
- Add transmission fluid until it flows out over the overfill screw opening, then close the overfill screw (1). Torque: 38 Nm (28 ft. lbs.) Note: To prevent fluid leaks, the overfill screw and oil drain screws gasket must be replaced each time these screws are removed.
Let the car idle for 20 minutes so the engine warms up.
This will help.
Thanks.
