There are only a couple of items you can check yourself without a high dollar scanner that can work on a "can bus" system that this vehicle has. There is a related fuse for the park/running lamps for the 7 way thats located under the hood at fuse. Here is a related wiring diagram showing the fuse as well as a park lamp relay:
Here is the layout of the power distribution module showing the #9 fuse near the bottom right in a line of 3 fuses. It also shows the park lamp relay.
I need for you to check the #9 fuse by touching the small metal test point on top of the fuse. Check both sides to see if 12 volts is present. If the fuse is blown then replace and recheck the lights. If there is no 12 volts at the fuse then swap the park lamp relay and then recheck. If still no change then you will need the high dollar scanner that I mentioned earlier to check the module to see if there are any related codes.
Here is a nother wiring diagram showing the park lamp relay:
It shows that the park lamp relay controls all the park lamps. So that would mean that if the park lamps on the vehicle work, then the relay has to be working. So make sure to check the fuse.
I will attach the factor diagrams for both the 4 way and the 7 way. Hope it helps.
