A/C is not working on Kia Sedona?

The first thing is to find out if the system is full of freon or not. If it is you may have an electrical problem. This will require have some guages to check freon level. Do you have a sett of guages? You should do a visual inspection of the ac system to see if there are any obvious leaks. Freon is a gas and tou can;t tell when it is leaking, but the oil in the system sticks to the hoses.

The other possibility can be faulty compressor and clutch.
If the clutch connector is getting power and still won't engage, it will need to be replaced. If it is not getting power you could jump 12V directly to it to see it it functions. If it does it's not the clutch, if it doesn't function it's probably faulty.
The compressor assembly is a relatively easy swap. If you remove the compressor and swap the clutch on a workbench it shouldn't be too bad. Trying to swap the clutch in the car is much more difficult. It can be done, but there is a snap ring that holds it in place. You have to modify a pair of snap ring pliers so you could do the swap with the compressor still in the vehicle.

You will have to unplug the ac compressor. (a little hard to get to) Then start engine with ac on and check for 12 volts at the wire to the compressor. Use either a test light or dmv. 9 out of 10 times it is the compressor clutch pulley at fault and a new compressor will be needed.
