See the image below:---- On some fuse box there is no AC relays.So only 3 relays.In that case the middle one is the fuel pump relay.
With a test light you would take the wire clip and attach it to the negative of the battery then the tip of the light with the relay removed and the key on touch the connectors and see if any have power.

The voltage should be around 12 volts at the relay.
In the relay there are 5 leads.
Two leads should have voltage.check it with meter.If there is no 12 volt, its faulty relay.replace the relay.
