Bumper is loose how to retight it on car/jeep?

Bumper is loose.You can get it drilled.Get external screws drilled.Drill it in such a way that screws/nuts are not seen verymuch.Drill it from lower side.That screw will hold the bumper tight.If the bumper is getting loose or any thing broker, then
