where is cigarette lighter fuse located on 2004 Chevy Impala?

For Chevy impala the cig lighter fuse is third from the bottom on fuse box.Its a 15 Amp fuse.
Cig lighter fuse is located at the right side of the passenger side dashboard facing the closed door, roundish panel cover says 'Fuse box'.
