On Chevy impala the horn is located on the passenger side below the headlight assembly, behind the bumper cover, accessible from the bottom.
There are two horns high and low tone horns that are both inside the driver's side fender.Horn is held by bolts.Remove both of the mounting bolts with a 13mm socket wrench. Each horn is held on with a single 13mm silver bolt.

Mount the new horns using the bolts and washers in the kit
Plug in the power connectors to each new horn. If installing other model aftermarket horns,then you will need to use your wire crimper/stripper and 16-gauge wire to make new connections.
