Where is the ABS Control Module located on 2006 Ford Explorer?

Engine compartment, LH side Front. the diagram shows next to or below the battery.

the control module is bolted to the hydraulic control unit. by 4 screws tightened to 18 INCH pounds.

if you are replacing the module, it needs to be calibrated and configured to your vehicle.
