Error code P1698 on dodge ram 2500?

The 1698 code means either that there is no digital data communication from the the transmission controller OR from the body controller that is being received at the powertrain control module. Could be nothing more than a loose wire or can be a bad sensor.
Also check tranny oil and filter.If oil is low fill it up and if filter is clogged , replace it or at least clean it.------
