Toyota Sienna Radiator Replace?

Procedure to replace Radiator on Toyota Sienna.
Details and diagrams to replace Toyota Radiator.

3.0L ENGINES & 3.3L ENGINE Radiator removal procedure is as follows:---

3.0L Engines

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions section.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Drain and recycle the engine coolant.
4. If equipped, disconnect the relay block for the daytime running lights from the battery hold down clamps.
5. Disconnect the cooling fan connectors.
6. Disconnect the radiator hoses.
7. Disconnect the oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler pipes.
8. Remove the bolts and upper radiator supports.
9. Remove the radiator assembly.

To install:

1. Install the radiator assembly.
2. Install the radiator supports and tighten the bolts to 9 ft. lbs. (13 Nm).
3. Connect the oil cooler hoses to the oil cooler pipes.
4. Connect the radiator hoses.
5. Connect the cooling fan connectors.
6. If equipped, connect the relay block for the daytime running lights at the battery hold down clamps.
7. Fill the cooling system
8. Check the transaxle fluid level.
9. Start the vehicle and check for leaks.

3.3L Engine

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions section.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Drain and recycle the engine coolant.
4. Disconnect the radiator hoses.
5. Disconnect the oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler pipes.
6. Remove the front bumper cover.
7. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
8. Release the 4 claws from the hood lock protector and remove the protector.
9. Unfasten the 3 bolts and remove the hood lock assembly.
10. Unplug the horn connectors, unfasten the radiator upper support bolts and remove the support.
11. Disconnect the coolant reservoir hose and unplug the fan motor connector.
12. Remove the 4 bolts and the fan motor assembly.
13. Unfasten the 3 bolts and the upper radiator support sub-assembly from both sides.
14. Unfasten the 3 bolts and the lower radiator support sub-assembly from both sides.
15. Remove the radiator.

To install:

1. Install the radiator.
2. Install the lower radiator support sub-assembly on both sides and tighten the bolts.
3. Install the upper radiator support sub-assembly on both sides and tighten the bolts.
4. Install the fan motor assembly, attach the motor connector and the coolant reservoir hose.
5. Install the radiator upper support and bolts. Attach the horn connectors.
6. Install the hood lock assembly.
7. install the hood lock protector.
8. Install the air cleaner assembly.
9. Install the front bumper cover.
10. Connect the oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler pipes.
11. Connect the radiator hoses.
12. Fill the cooling system.
13. Connect the negative battery cable.
