It takes to just remove 4 nuts holding the entire seat to the floor,
From under vehicle, remove nuts attaching front seat risers to the floor.
Remove seat and riser from floor
Tip seat rearward and disconnect wire connectors from body harness, if equipped.
Remove seat from vehicle.
The riser is just attached to the actual seat with nuts/bolts, so once you have the complete seat removed from the vehicle you can work on removing the riser.
This will help you to to replace the driver seat.
