Recently bought a Chrysler 300c with 52,000 miles on it.
Vehicle rattles and makes noise in the front end whenever I drive on a bumpy street. I heard there is a certain front end part that starts making noise on these models.

EXPERTS TROUBLESHOOTING ADVISE ON THIS ISSUE:
There are a few things that could be making noise.
Start Inspecting .........
all suspension and steering parts checked just to be sure.
The upper and lower ball joints sometimes make noise on these.
1:Top Wish Bone.
2:Tension Strut.
3:Lower Control arms.
4:Track Rod End.
5:Lower Ball Joint.
Other Possibilities ............
I've seen a few issues with loose sway bar links. They have a joint on each end that can wear out and cause noise over bumps. This isn't the most common cause of noise on these but something seen once in a while.
Inner and outer tie rod ends are the second most common source of noise. The inner tie rod ends are in the steering rack attached to the tie rods, the tie rods are connected to the outer tie rod ends, which are connected to the steering knuckles. Since they are a possible source for the noise and a potential safety concern I would definitely check the inner and outer tie rod ends for play.

Very Commonly Noticed Problem On Such Cases ............
The most common source of noise on the front of these cars is a bad tension strut. The tension strut goes between the subframe and the steering knuckle just in front of the lower control arm. They have a joint at the knuckle and that can make noise and a mount bushing at the other end that can make noise. We see these fail somewhere around 30,000 miles on these give or take a bit.
The tie rod ends and sway bar links should be checked, but if your steering feels tight then tension struts are the most likely source of the noise.
