Kenmore freezer 253 nor draining water through drain hole?

There is not too much help provided in manual:-- so before going through manual see the diagram below, that will help.You would need to remove panel #25....Remove screws at #71a.....Becarful once you remove the panel the temperature control #21 is connected to panel.

Part number #29 the drain that is likely plugged.---------
