how to replace blend door actuator on 2010 Ford Expedition

This procedure is for year 2007 to 2010.------

You have to remove the front blend door actuator.----

There are 2 actuators,the mode door as well as the temperature door, i have posted the R&R procedure for both below

Auxiliary Temperature Blend Door Actuator - Air Distribution

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the RH quarter trim panel cup holder and access panel.

2. Remove the screws.

2. Disconnect the blend door actuator electrical connector.

2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Auxiliary Temperature Blend Door Actuator - Temperature

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the RH quarter trim panel.

1. Remove the auxiliary temperature blend door actuator.
   1. Disconnect the temperature blend door actuator electrical connector.
   1. Remove the screws.Remove the auxiliary temperature blend door actuator.
   1. 
      

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
