how to reset oil service light on audi car?

Turn off the ignition
Press and hold the button on the left side of the display while turning the ignition on
Service OIL will be displayed
Pull out the button on the right side of the display until the service prompt is cleared
The display should now read ---
If the above procedure does not work, outlined below is an alternative procedure:
With the ignition off, push the right button
Turn the ignition on and then pull the left button
This should clear the warning message

1. With the ignition key in the off position, push and hold the right button under the speedometer. This is the button you use to reset the trip odometer also.
2. Turn the ignition key to the on position, but don't start the engine. Keep holding down the right button while you turn the key.
3. Push the left button under the tachometer. Your service light should reset to say something like "Service in 8100 miles." -----------------------------------

Press and hold the right button. (odometer reset)

now switch on the ignition
(oil lamp will not flash, but on at all times)

press the right button again
(insp is now displayed)

pull left button. (clock set)

Pull left button again

Turn the vehicle off and locate the center button on the right side of the instrument panel.

Hold the center button while switching the ignition to the "ON" position. Release the center button and wait for the instrument panel display to read "SERVICE!".

Press and hold the farthest button on the right near the center button. Wait for the service indicator light to clear, and then turn off the ignition.

But if still the service oil light is not getting reset then it has to be reset bu tool.:-----

1 Hold the right button on the dash
2 Turn the ignition to on while holding the right button (You should see Service Oil or something like it)
3 Pull the left button and hold it while the right button is still pushed in
4 Now release the Right Button. ---
5 Release the Left button and without the clutch and in neutral switch the ignition to start and then turn it off.
