Cooling fan relays location on 1998 ford mustang?

The cooling fan is ran off the CCRM ( Constant Control Relay Module) Located behind the cooling reservoir. If you have power on the black / orange wire and no power on the red / orange wire when the fan should come on the the CCRM will need to be replaced.

Another good possibility is a bad Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS).If the cooling fan not running and relay module checked ok,then problem is CTS.
