where is cigarette lighter fuse located on 2002 Pontiac grand am

PLEASE HELP.
I NEED TO REPLACE CIGARETTE LIGHTER FUSE ON 2002 PONTIAC GRAND AM.
GIVE ME ITS FUSE LOCATION AND WIRING DIAGRAM IF POSSIBLE.

The fuse is 20amp and its number is 34.

The diagram is provided twice,if first diagram is not clear see second diagram.both are same diagram.
If only the Cigarette Lighter is not working, and the Accessory Outlet is, then its possible that either the Socket has gone bad, or the Lighter itself is bad and needs replacing. 






The Fuse for the Lighter Socket, and the Accessory Outlet, is located under the Hood in the Fuse Box. It is fuse #34 and is a 20 Amp fuse. Here is a wiring diagram showing the circuit.
