where is fuse box inside 2008 Toyota highlander?

Locate the fuse boxes, in the engine compartment on the driver's side.Find the other fuse box in the passenger compartment on the driver's side to the left side of the instrument panel. Open the fuse box to reveal the fuses inside.Read the inside cover of the fuse box to learn the location of the fuse you need. Remove the fuse by pulling it out.

The Highlander does have two fuse boxes one in the engine compartment and the other In the Cab.
There is a small Door on the left side that Pulls open on the driver sided about knee level. Use a flash Light to see the fuse box behind this pocket door.Open the Door and Pull the pocket door up it should come off easily and you will haves access to the fuses behind it.
